As a true San Antonio custom home builder, our plans are your plans. We will work with you to design and build the home you want, whether that home is built from a plan found in the Hearthside Homes "Favorites Collection", from a plan you already have, or from an entirely new plan that we can develop together with our world-famous designer, Jim Cox & Associates.

Our Favorites Collection is a group of plans that we have designed and built before, all of them for ecstatic new homeowners. Because these plans have been well received, and because we have built them before, we are able to share these plans with you for a fraction of the usual design fees. (Some plans may require slight alterations to fit within a given homesite.)

Because these plans represent a broad array of one and two-story homes with anywhere from three to six bedrooms and endless opportunities for customization, they often serve as thought starters and demonstrations to help you create new plans for your perfect dream home.
